Privacy policy
Who we are
This website, www.supafuse.io, is operated by SUPAFUSE FZ-LLC ("SUPAFUSE", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We work with clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and what your rights are under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the GDPR, the Swiss FADP and the UK GDPR respectively.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you send a message we collect the details you enter: name, organisation, work email, the type of organisation you represent, what you are looking for and the text of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call and, if we go further, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We keep this data for 24 months from the last contact, or longer if we enter a contract with you.
- Site analytics. We use Squarespace's built-in analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location by country, device type, referring site). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site, and your consent where the cookie banner asks for it.
- Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process your IP address and browser information to distinguish people from bots. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Squarespace, records technical information such as IP address, browser type and time of access for security and operation of the service.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and, with your consent, cookies for Squarespace analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the banner, and block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Who we share data with
Squarespace, Inc. (website hosting and form delivery), Google (reCAPTCHA), and our email provider, to deliver and store your message. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. Squarespace and Google process data in the United States; your message is received and stored by us in the United Arab Emirates. For visitors in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, these transfers rely on the transfer being necessary to respond to your request, and on our providers' standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in the EU, your national data protection authority; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
